The role :

Directly linked to the founders of Opensquare, the communication and marketing manager will be responsible for the design and development of the company's marketing and communication strategy.

• Opensquare has just developed weSay, a new SAAS tool which will be officially launched on the market in January 2023.

Your tasks:



1. Digital Marketing and Lead Generation


• Build and manage the digital marketing strategy and the associated budget.


• Manage our corporate website (being redesigned with an agency) as well as SEO and SEA strategies…


• Animate the activity of social networks (Linkedin, twitter, etc.) based on the content produced by our teams.


• Define and manage the growth marketing strategy by identifying the best techniques to generate a maximum of qualified leads and help with sales automation.


• Measure the return on investment of growth stocks.



2. Communication and content creation


• Define and implement the communication strategy in line with the company's overall strategy.


• In collaboration with our experts (Executive Consultants) produce and distribute content intended for our prospects and clients via appropriate communication channels (email, newsletters, client testimonials, videos, white papers, etc.).


• Support the sales team by providing them with case studies and marketing tools to support prospecting work.


• Coordinate press relations to maximize Opensquare's visibility and influence.


• Identify relevant events and trade shows and drive our participation.


• In collaboration with experts, create customer and prospect events (face-to-face and virtual).



Your profile :


• Fluent French/English.


• Bac +5 in business school / communication / university with specialization in marketing or communication.


• You have more than 3 years of professional experience acquired in communication / B2B digital marketing.


• Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation tools.


• Curious by nature and connected to the world.


• Good writing skills.


• Able to conceive clear proposals and convey them convincingly.


• As enthusiastic to build the strategy as to execute it
